Designs and develops enterprise insurance software using Java, leads technical architecture and feature development, troubleshoots production issues, improves system architecture, conducts code reviews, and mentors developers. The role requires collaboration in an Agile Kanban environment, strong testing and SQL skills, and familiarity with modern web technologies, DevOps tools, Linux, and enterprise application frameworks. The position may be based in London, Ontario, or remotely within Canada.

Leads the product organization and defines the vision, strategy, roadmap, governance, and innovation priorities for an enterprise insurance management platform. Oversees Product Owners, Business Analysts, and User Acceptance Testers while partnering with executives, clients, sales, development, and other teams. Identifies market opportunities, monitors product KPIs, supports strategic sales activities, and drives technology-enabled transformation using AI, automation, analytics, and digital self-service. Mentors product leaders and maintains strong relationships across the P&C insurance ecosystem.
