Manage industrial automation and controls integration projects from budgeting and proposals through execution, ensuring scope, schedule, profitability, and objectives are met. Lead project meetings, develop automation specifications and function descriptions, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires expert PLC/HMI programming and systems integration knowledge across major platforms, familiarity with industrial networking, instrumentation, VFDs, schematics, and manufacturing equipment. Work occurs in the Modesto office, at client sites, and occasionally outside normal hours.
