Build and run Astrocade's organic short-form video strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube: ideate, shoot, and edit phone-native and AI-generated videos; seed and spotlight UGC; recruit and manage creators; run DMs/comments for insights; test formats to find viral short-form video product-market fit and scale successful formats.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting focused on engineering roles across infrastructure, AI/ML, recommendation systems, data, and platform. Source and build outbound pipelines, partner with founders and hiring managers, develop talent maps and market intelligence, and improve recruiting workflows using AI and automation while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
