Drive consultative sales of IT products, professional services, and managed services across infrastructure, security, cloud, and platform engineering. Build and maintain client and partner relationships, identify and qualify prospects, forecast sales, develop proposals and RFP responses, negotiate pricing and contracts, and achieve gross profit and sales quota targets. Translate technical solutions into business value while collaborating with sales leadership and internal delivery teams.

Monitor, investigate, triage, and contain data loss prevention alerts across endpoints, email, cloud applications, collaboration platforms, and repositories. Review account scans, determine ownership and usage, coordinate inactive-account cleanup, assess human and non-human accounts, and define mitigating controls. Analyze CMDB and IAM inventory gaps, review SSO, MFA, RBAC, and ServiceNow controls, coordinate remediation with application owners, track progress, and support risk exception processes across cross-functional teams.

Develop and execute technology sales strategies for the Canadian federal government. Build relationships with departments, agencies, procurement teams, partners, and executives; identify and close complex IT opportunities; manage pipelines and forecasts; navigate RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, standing offers, and supply arrangements; coordinate proposals and solutions with technical teams; expand existing accounts; and achieve revenue, gross profit, and quota targets.

Leads technical pre-sales activities, including customer discovery, multi-domain solution architecture, proposals, SOWs, RFP responses, estimates, pricing, and ROI/TCO discussions. The role integrates cloud, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, applications, data, and service management solutions; presents to technical and executive audiences; supports sales pursuits and post-sale handoffs; identifies expansion opportunities; contributes to thought leadership; and mentors internal teams.

Leads technical pre-sales engagements by identifying customer needs, designing platform engineering solutions, supporting sales conversations, developing BOMs and SOWs, estimating implementation effort, and coordinating service delivery transitions. Provides thought leadership across DevOps, cloud-native platforms, infrastructure automation, observability, APIs, security, and governance. Builds customer and partner relationships, identifies cross-selling opportunities, mentors engineering teams, and contributes to organizational innovation and knowledge sharing.

Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support business automation solutions across application and platform layers. Analyze and improve business processes, select appropriate technologies, integrate APIs and microservices, troubleshoot deployed solutions, and apply secure development, logging, and testing practices. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle, provide automation guidance, use Agile and Scrum methodologies, and manage multiple short- and long-term projects.

Manage multiple medium- to large-scale IT projects from initiation through completion, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, quality, and client communications. Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, and maintain PMO documentation and standards. Track KPIs, manage contractors and contractual obligations, provide executive reporting, and contribute to PMO process improvements.

Designs and implements intelligent automation across ITSM, IT operations, observability, asset management, and employee support. Builds AI-assisted workflows, self-service capabilities, integrations, APIs, event-driven automations, automated remediation, and predictive operations. Partners with infrastructure, security, service desk, and business teams to modernize ITSM platforms, improve service delivery, reduce manual work, and measure operational outcomes. Ensures solutions meet security, governance, compliance, documentation, and audit requirements.

Own the vision, roadmap, architecture, and strategic evolution of customer experience and contact center platforms, with emphasis on Genesys optimization and transformation. Lead business process assessments, executive consulting, solution architecture, vendor management, operational improvements, AI and automation initiatives, governance, and organizational change. Translate business needs into technical strategies, guide engineering execution, and improve service delivery, scalability, reliability, and customer outcomes.
