Designs and operates deployment platforms across Kubernetes, Docker, virtual machines, air-gapped environments, and private clouds. The role standardizes infrastructure as code, CI/CD, installation and upgrade workflows, observability, diagnostics, automation, and self-remediation. It includes production on-call support, incident troubleshooting, reliability improvements, and support for regulated enterprise and federal deployments. The engineer will also explore AI-assisted infrastructure operations and collaborate with engineering, product, and customer IT teams.

Own enterprise customer relationships from onboarding through long-term success, driving adoption, measurable ROI, operational improvements, and account expansion. Partner with senior stakeholders, Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve complex manufacturing and supply chain challenges. Help build scalable Customer Operations processes while using AI tools to analyze data, prepare communications, and identify growth opportunities.

Lead enterprise deployments from scoping through production while building AI and data systems, scalable pipelines, modern data stacks, and AI-powered agents. Integrate ERP, MES, PLM, and industrial data ecosystems, translate customer operational challenges into execution plans, and work directly with enterprise leaders. The role also formalizes deployment best practices, scales the Forward Deployed Engineering function, and leads high-performing teams.

Manage Pelico’s Paris office, including facilities, supplies, building management, vendors, contracts, spend tracking, and service providers. Lead office-related projects such as moves, subletting, and internal tool rollouts. Organize team rituals, events, seminars, and offsites while supporting company culture. The role requires an experienced, detail-oriented, autonomous, service-minded professional fluent in English and comfortable with modern workplace tools.
