As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will translate AI research into real-world applications, architecting solutions and deploying systems for enterprise customers.

The Forward Deployed Engineer will lead the deployment of AI solutions, working closely with sales and research teams, ensuring effective solutions for enterprise needs.

Design and deliver agentic AI systems for enterprise customers: architect solutions, build LLM workflows, integrate with enterprise infra, fine-tune models, deploy across cloud/VPC/on-prem, and support production reliability and scaling.

Lead the Forward Deployed Engineering function to bridge research and production: architect and build agentic LLM systems, implement RAG and fine-tuning workflows, integrate with enterprise infrastructure across cloud/VPC/on-prem, ensure production scalability and reliability, collaborate with sales and research, and define playbooks and standards while mentoring the team.

Lead Reflection's public narrative on open-source AI by designing proactive and rapid-response policy communications, building relationships with policy press and stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional briefings and events, drafting accessible content, and representing the company at D.C. and global policy forums.
