Lead end-to-end product strategy for Luma's creative photo and video tools. Drive roadmap, launches, A/B testing, analytics, and user research with professional creators. Partner with research, engineering, design, and marketing to integrate AI features and grow active user engagement.

Lead a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts to drive platform adoption, usage growth, and expansion across teams and regions. Use usage data to identify opportunities, partner with product and engineering to remove blockers, lead account planning and commercial conversations, and contribute to renewals and long-term account strategy.

Build adaptation and personalization pipelines, define end-user quality metrics and evaluations, and collaborate with product and design to deploy production-ready model variants for creative partners.

Lead and scale Luma's West Coast sales presence by owning full enterprise sales cycles, hiring and coaching a team of 5+ AEs, building pipeline with brands and agencies, translating creative AI value to marketing teams, and partnering with product/marketing/customer success to refine go-to-market playbooks.

Build the Forward Deployed Creative function: partner with brands and agencies, prototype AI-accelerated production workflows, create high-craft content with Dream Machine, consult on creative strategy, and evangelize generative video while shaping product and partner playbooks.

Define and execute GTM strategy for Luma's multimodal AI. Craft positioning and narratives, establish brand/agency/studio partnerships, collaborate with Product/Design/Research, own product launches, and build scalable marketing systems and collateral.

Build the Forward Deployed Creative function by partnering with brands and agencies to prototype AI-accelerated production workflows, create high-craft content using Dream Machine, consult on creative and business opportunities, evangelize generative video, and feed real-world insights back into Product, Partnerships, and Sales.

Lead and scale Lumas East Coast sales: own full enterprise sales cycle, close deals with brands and agencies, build and coach a team of 5+ AEs, develop regional pipeline and playbooks, and partner with product, marketing, and customer success to translate creative AI into measurable ROI.
