The IT & Digital Enablement Lead oversees IT operations and support, manages enterprise systems and digital tools, and enhances user adoption to improve business efficiency across Procept Africa's operations.

Lead end-to-end business development across West Africa, building pipeline, closing consulting and training deals, managing client relationships and partners, supporting proposal/bid processes, and enabling regional market-entry and delivery coordination to meet revenue targets.
