Design and develop mechanical hand tools from concept through production. Create CAD models and detailed drawings, build prototypes, run FEA and tolerance/stress analyses, execute verification/validation testing, improve test equipment/procedures, resolve customer quality issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers using DFSS and technical risk management.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate communication, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, maintain HR and payroll documentation with external providers, ensure compliance with Polish labor law and data protection, support employer branding and local recruitment activities, and keep accurate HR system and personnel records.

Support sales by preparing quotations, managing pricing, contracts, customer master data, BOMs and credit approvals. Coordinate RFQs, PPAP, scheduling agreements, and internal departments; track forecasts, won/lost business, and resolve customer issues while ensuring compliance with IATF/ISO standards.

Drive sales growth across the U.S. West Coast in plumbing, data centers, medical, agricultural, automotive and industrial segments. Prospect, manage and grow regional accounts, support field service and customer complaints, collaborate with key account teams and use established sales systems. Requires 50%+ travel, product knowledge, technical aptitude, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
