Lead design and delivery of Muon's in-house simulation services. Integrate physical simulation models into products, align roadmaps with mission needs, collaborate with stakeholders and test teams, define success metrics, and mentor engineers to improve planning, estimation, and automated testing integration.

Lead technical design, analysis, test, and manufacturing of spacecraft structures and components. Mentor engineers, define mechanical standards and roadmaps, optimize mass/cost/ manufacturability, manage vendors, and support prototype and production hardware through environmental testing and on-orbit programs.

Lead mission readiness and performance across the Mission Foundry lifecycle: define V&V campaigns, streamline AI&T workflows, analyze on-orbit telemetry, improve autonomy and fault management, feed performance data into design iterations, and support internal tooling roadmaps to scale spacecraft production and operations.

Lead multidisciplinary aerospace programs to deliver satellite systems on schedule and budget. Coordinate stakeholders, manage schedules, budgets, risks, contracts, and support business development and capture activities.

Lead optomechanical design and analysis for infrared remote sensing instruments across full lifecycle. Perform STOP analysis, tolerance stackups, DFM/DFA, and AI&T planning. Support environmental testing (vibration, TVAC), system integration, production, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver complex instrument hardware and test infrastructure.

Lead accounting organization and own monthly/quarterly/annual close, external reporting, technical and cost accounting, controls, audit readiness, ERP/finance systems, and program cost tracking for commercial and government programs. Partner cross-functionally to scale processes, build a high-performing team, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and export-controlled data access requirements.

Own commercial strategy and pricing for Muon's data products and lead productization and roadmap for the Muon Sim platform. Define SLAs, packaging, and tiering; partner cross-functionally with engineering, mission operations, sales, and marketing; run customer research, pricing experiments, and drive transition to standardized, tiered data offerings.
