Lead development and maintenance of software test infrastructure, including hardware testbeds and simulated test scenarios. Implement CI/CD-driven testing, integrate simulation tools, expand off-nominal test coverage, mentor engineers, and coordinate cross-team testing policy and planning to improve release velocity and mission success.

Contribute to design, development, and testing of spacecraft electrical systems including flight computers, power distribution, sensors, and communications. Responsibilities include CAD design in SolidWorks, structural and thermal analysis, test fixture and procedure development, assembly/integration oversight, supplier coordination, documentation, and configuration management across the product lifecycle.

Serve as technical lead for a designated space mission across concept, development, verification, and on-orbit operations. Translate customer objectives into requirements and ICDs, manage requirements traceability, subsystem budgets, risk, design changes, and reviews. Coordinate cross-functional teams (systems, hardware, software, data, ground, operations), interface with customers, and improve engineering processes and tools.

Develop and document manufacturable assembly and test processes for satellites. Collaborate with design engineers, specify tooling and fixtures, support hands-on assembly/testing, troubleshoot process issues, lead corrective actions, and maintain process documentation to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

Own the end-to-end commercial capture process: lead customer discovery and lead generation, manage pipeline and deal qualification, collaborate with engineering and product to deliver integrated solutions, produce market sizing and customer insights, implement pricing frameworks, and ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to execution.

Conduct hands-on testing, characterization, and environmental qualification of optical, optomechanical, and moving-mechanism subsystems. Define test strategy, create procedures, execute functional/performance/TVAC/vibration tests, develop GSE/testbeds, analyze data, and generate test reports while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Lead technical development and delivery of infrared optical subsystems: define and manage optical error budgets and performance metrics, drive assembly/integration/test (AI&T), support environmental testing (vibration, TVAC), collaborate with systems engineering on cross-functional budgets, and champion testing methodology improvements.

Design, implement, and validate spacecraft attitude control architectures and algorithms in embedded C++. Define ACS requirements, perform analysis and simulations, support on-orbit performance trending and anomaly resolution, and plan/execute software and hardware-in-the-loop tests for modular, mission-agnostic GNC subsystems.
