Manage and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across major ad networks, own a $100K+ monthly budget, run creative and A/B tests, track UA metrics (ROAS, CAC, retention, LTV), build dashboards in AppsFlyer/internal BI, collaborate with LiveOps and product for ASO and campaign alignment, and support retargeting and organic growth efforts.

Perform hands-on product and player analytics across onboarding, retention, monetization, progression and LiveOps. Build and QA ETL pipelines in an AWS analytics stack, write cost- and performance-aware SQL, support A/B testing, and create reusable AI-enabled analytical workflows and notebooks to inform product, marketing, and LiveOps decisions.
