Implement environment management, secrets APIs, unified logs/metrics, fine-grained API keys/permissions, and multi-tenant secure systems. Own and improve employee lifecycle operations (onboarding, offboarding, contracts), document and automate People processes, translate feedback into initiatives, manage Employer of Record partnership, and design engagement, performance, and culture programs to create a consistent, scalable employee experience.
