Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise and mid-market clients: run discovery, configure Humanly platform and ATS/HRIS integrations, validate data flows and API mappings, manage project plans and stakeholders, deliver training, document configurations, and hand off to Customer Success while surfacing expansion opportunities.

Own calendar management, travel, meeting prep, follow-ups, project coordination, office logistics, vendor and budget management, and culture initiatives to ensure organizational efficiency and a strong in-office experience.

Sell Humanly's AI-powered recruiting platform to enterprise customers, manage complex consultative sales cycles, build enterprise pipeline, align solutions with HR/IT stakeholders, drive pilots and integrations, and meet revenue targets through cross-functional collaboration.

Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue systems ecosystem (HubSpot, GTM stack), improve CRM data integrity, build predictive forecasting and KPI frameworks, run deal desk reviews, and translate GTM strategy into scalable cross-functional processes to support Sales, CS, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Engineering.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers as their strategic advisor to drive adoption, retention, and growth of Humanly's hiring platform.
