Lead HIL architecture, hardware integration, harness/ICD ownership, and lab automation for automotive embedded platforms. Drive complex bring-up/debug, define bench standards, implement AI-enabled lab workflows and MCP/APIs, coordinate suppliers, and mentor engineers to ensure repeatable validation and traceable test evidence.
