Administer the Cradle requirements management system, audit and report requirements data, train users, and support technical baselines. Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework, .NET/C#, Angular, and PrimeNG. Design databases and APIs, build accessible interfaces, troubleshoot defects and performance issues, manage GitHub workflows, write unit tests, administer databases, document software, and conduct stakeholder demonstrations and training.

Provides administrative and contract support for a NASA program, including personnel onboarding, badging, travel coordination, IT account and equipment setup, communications, document editing, meetings, events, safety activities, and recurring deliverable tracking. Coordinates with corporate departments and supports contract leadership while maintaining organized records, reports, presentations, distribution lists, and stakeholder communications.

Lead the Engineering & Operations Division within the KLXS Program Office supporting NASA’s Exploration Ground Systems program. Manage approximately 35 employees and subcontractors, direct engineering, project management, and operations activities, support PMO planning and execution, develop processes, mentor staff, recruit personnel, ensure compliance and continuous improvement, and advise NASA and internal stakeholders while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Manage the KLXS Program Support organization supporting NASA’s Exploration Ground Systems program. Lead approximately 35 employees and subcontractors across board support, configuration management, strategic communications, risk management, and internship programs. Support PMO activities, develop processes and strategy, oversee compliance and continuous improvement, mentor staff, manage recruiting and development plans, and provide technical guidance to NASA EGS leadership and internal stakeholders while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage the systems engineering and integration organization supporting NASA’s Exploration Ground Systems and Artemis missions. Lead engineering teams, oversee technical planning and execution, manage employee development and recruitment, review technical documentation, support program management, control requirements and scope, and provide engineering guidance to NASA customers and internal stakeholders. The role is onsite at Kennedy Space Center five days per week.

Manage the Systems Engineering and Integration organization supporting NASA’s Exploration Ground Systems and Artemis missions. Lead engineering teams, oversee project planning and execution, manage employees, mentor staff, recruit talent, review technical documentation, support requirements and verification activities, and provide technical guidance to NASA and internal stakeholders. The role is fully onsite at Kennedy Space Center and requires experience managing complex engineering projects across the NASA lifecycle.

Supports NASA contract business management at Kennedy Space Center through financial and business analysis, project control, PMO administration, financial reporting, resource allocation, and contract lifecycle planning and monitoring. The role supports the Program Manager, coordinates with stakeholders and customers, manages multiple functions, and serves as backup to the Business Manager.
