Lead external financial reporting and SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K/proxy), ensure US GAAP and SEC compliance, manage technical accounting, oversee tax and SOX compliance, coordinate audits and outsourced internal audit, manage equity accounting and stock administration, partner with CFO and Investor Relations, and support related governance and ad-hoc finance projects.
