Owns end-to-end HR operations for a growing two-country biotech, including HR systems, payroll coordination, benefits and total rewards, compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, leave administration, vendor management, and executive reporting. Partners with leadership to advise managers, improve HR processes, maintain employment policies, and scale people infrastructure across U.S. and Swiss operations.

Senior Accountant responsible for month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, cash reconciliation, accruals, fixed asset and lease schedules, accounts payable, audits, tax reporting, internal controls, and process improvements. The role requires collaboration with vendors, FP&A, outsourced AP, and internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate records under U.S. GAAP. The position is based in Watertown with a minimum of three office days per week.
