Provides on-site help desk and technical support for hardware, software, accounts, networks, peripherals, and mobile devices. Responsibilities include ticket resolution, device deployment, user onboarding and offboarding, Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID administration, inventory tracking, documentation, basic security review support, and escalation of complex issues. The role requires strong customer service, confidentiality, prioritization, and flexibility for occasional after-hours work.
