The Controller leads accounting and finance operations for corporate entities, income-producing properties, and development projects. Responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, treasury, tax and regulatory filings, property accounting, internal controls, and intercompany transactions. The role supervises and mentors the accounting team, strengthens processes and governance, and collaborates with the VP Finance and property management teams.
