Drive U.S. sales to meet revenue targets by developing and executing sales strategies, managing a multi-state territory, building pipeline, coordinating campaigns, reporting on progress, and collaborating with the U.S. team to improve processes.

Generate leads and close deals for VitalHub UK solutions across national, regional, ICBs, trusts and private healthcare. Design and script performance test scenarios, execute load tests, analyze results, and integrate tests into CI/CD. Collaborate with QA and development, participate in agile ceremonies, and mentor junior performance engineers on testing practices and tooling.

Lead global L1-L3, 24x5/24x7 support teams to own customer experience, SLAs, escalations, and KPIs. Drive workforce planning, ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change management, compliance (GDPR, SOC 2), and cross-functional collaboration to improve availability, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
