The Product Manager will oversee the development of software for national security, coordinate between stakeholders and engineers, and manage product backlogs and project timelines.

Lead a multi-year, multi-million dollar mission planning software program for USG space communications. Own P&L, contract and subcontractor management, schedules, budgets, staffing, and delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams, support contract negotiations, ensure compliance with DoD acquisition and EVMS requirements, mentor technical leaders, and support hiring and business development.

Lead and own P&L for a multi-year, multi-million dollar mission planning software program. Manage program schedule, budget, subcontractors, contract deliverables, and customer relationships. Partner with executive and engineering leadership on resourcing, roadmaps, and risk mitigation. Represent Sphinx in contract negotiations and USG engagements, support hiring, and provide technical leadership and performance management to ensure delivery and compliance.

Serve as technical authority for a SATCOM space-ground program: define architectures, technical roadmaps, ICDs, manage risks, drive cross-functional execution, support RMF/ATO, lead reviews, mentor engineers, and liaise with customers and partners to ensure mission success.

Lead technical program execution for space and national security software systems: translate customer requirements into engineering priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules/risks, support integration/testing/deployment, drive Agile/DevSecOps practices, and enable readiness for classified mission operations and milestone reviews.

Serve as technical authority for a software-focused space-ground SATCOM program: define system and ground architectures, lead engineering decisions and governance, manage risks and interface definitions (ICDs), support RMF/ATO and milestone reviews, mentor engineers, coordinate with customers and partners, and drive technical roadmaps for scalable, resilient mission operations.

Lead technical program execution for space and national-security software systems: translate mission requirements into engineering priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules/risks/dependencies, support integration/testing/deployment, drive Agile/DevSecOps-aligned processes, and engage customers and partners through milestone reviews and readiness activities.

Serve as technical authority for a software-focused space-ground SATCOM program: drive architecture and technical strategy, manage risks and interfaces, lead MBSE and cloud/containerized solutions, support RMF/ATO, author Space-to-Ground ICDs, coordinate stakeholders, mentor engineers, and support program reviews and proposals to ensure mission success.

Own program P&L, manage schedule/budget/staffing, subcontractor oversight, contract delivery, and government engagement. Drive program strategy, hiring, risk management, and cross-functional integration to ensure contractual and technical success.
