Support routers, switches, firewalls, DNS/DHCP, perform packet analysis and monitoring, troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues, implement network security controls and segmentation, collaborate with cloud and cybersecurity teams, and produce operational documentation and reporting.

Support AWS-hosted and on-premises Kubernetes environments, maintain platform reliability and security, improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines, develop Terraform IaC, assist Helm deployments, troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, and support deployments into classified environments.
