Supports financial advisors with lead qualification, client relationship building, discovery meetings, follow-up, conversion, documentation, and prospective-client events. The intern learns financial planning, investment strategies, regulatory compliance, and client communication while receiving ongoing training and mentorship.

Assist with preparing federal, state, and local tax returns; support tax planning, projections, research, and compliance activities. Gather client information, answer questions, enter and review financial data in tax software, maintain confidential files, manage deadlines, and provide general administrative support. The role also involves staying current on tax law and regulations while developing accounting, analytical, communication, and client-service skills.
