Drive modernization, automation, observability, resilience, security, compliance, cost management, and payment-system availability. Provide executive visibility into infrastructure health and risks, strengthen operational processes, and build high-performing distributed teams supporting scalable cross-border payment services.

Owns the performance, reliability, scalability, security, and availability of Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL databases supporting real-time payment transactions. Responsibilities include performance tuning, high-availability architecture, backup and disaster recovery, PCI-aligned controls, upgrades, monitoring, incident response, documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams. The role supports a 24/7 production environment with on-call responsibilities.
