Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails related to payments. Guide customers through solutions, monitor and process electronic payments, update banking information, and troubleshoot payment errors. The role combines customer service, problem solving, accurate financial processing, and administrative organization. It is full-time, primarily office-based Monday through Thursday, with optional remote Fridays after training.
