Owns customer relationships for government accounts, driving product adoption, renewals, expansion, and upsell opportunities. Own and improve Onebrief’s corporate security stack across endpoints, identity, SaaS, browsers, Zero Trust, EDR, SIEM, and MDM. Establish secure configuration baselines, detect and remediate drift, integrate telemetry, and build API-driven or infrastructure-as-code automation. Translate CMMC 2.0 and NIST-aligned requirements into continuously validated technical controls and reliable audit evidence. Partner with Corporate IT, Security Operations, GRC, and application owners to strengthen security posture and reduce manual compliance work.

Build and scale Onebrief’s agentic design system platform, including components, utilities, documentation, governance, automated intake, evaluation, release QA, and production telemetry. Lead moonshot projects focused on agentic customer experiences, establish appropriate human-review gates, integrate systems with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and GitHub CI/CD, and advise design leadership on strategy and roadmap. The role requires cross-functional leadership, technical judgment, and playbook creation in an ambiguous environment.

Own the end-to-end UX definition for a product area, translating user goals into shipped interface decisions. Conduct user research and workflow mapping, define design patterns, contribute to the broader design system, and evaluate emerging AI UX patterns. Partner closely with Product and Engineering, document design intent for people and AI tools, and balance quality, scope, fidelity, and release speed. The role focuses on designing AI-enabled workflows for military planning and operational coordination software.

Own technical strategy and architectural decisions across multiple engineering squads. Design scalable distributed systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native platforms while building shared systems that improve delivery. Partner with product and engineering leadership, resolve ambiguous technical challenges, establish AI-assisted development practices, and mentor engineers through design reviews and cross-team collaboration. The role requires full-stack expertise and strong influence, communication, and technical leadership in a high-stakes B2B SaaS environment.

Design and operate Onebrief's GRC program across RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC and SOC 2. Build control environments, partner with engineering to implement technical controls (IAM, logging, encryption, segmentation), manage audits and evidence collection, and serve as the compliance lead for customer security reviews.

Work as an SRE embedded with product teams to improve reliability by fixing application code (primarily TypeScript), building observability (Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, Alloy), defining SLIs/SLOs, leading incident response and postmortems, automating toil, and supporting deployments across on‑prem DoD and AWS environments.

Lead contract execution for Onebrief's highest-priority government initiatives: align contractual obligations with program delivery, identify and mitigate risks, advise stakeholders, build contract management processes, and hire and mentor a team of Contract Managers to ensure successful post-award performance.

Build and maintain multi-layer test automation, improve CI/CD release integrity, and develop internal tools that enhance testability and developer experience. Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and observability for product stability and release readiness. Partner across engineering, infrastructure, product, SRE, and quality teams to implement shift-left practices, performance, resilience, security, API, and dependency testing. Drive automation-first quality improvements and promote consistent engineering standards.
