Provide first-line support for West territory customers: respond to inbound tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software/operational issues per SOPs, manage loaner fleet and RMA workflows, document knowledge base, escalate complex issues to engineering/operations, capture customer feedback, and support CSMs to ensure SLA attainment and fast time-to-value.
