Develops and implements QA protocols for nuclear-related production, ensures compliance with internal/external standards, prepares QA documentation, reviews quality verification, evaluates nonconformances and corrective actions, conducts vendor/source inspections and audits, inspects safety-related components, creates work instructions, and supports cross-functional teams to meet project schedules and customer requirements.

Design and support manufacture of electrical insulation systems and electro-mechanical components for pumps, motors, and generators. Work with shop personnel to resolve production issues, prepare schedules, document and present technical results, run and interpret tests (partial discharge, voltage and thermal endurance), develop insulation projects, design gauges, predict insulation performance, and coordinate solutions across technical teams.
