Lead and oversee large, multi-functional programs and multiple concurrent projects to meet contract, budget, schedule, and quality goals. Manage risks, change control, resource allocation, process standards, and program-level reporting. Conduct market and trend analysis to inform program direction and drive innovation.

Support AI integration into product software, collaborate with engineering teams and customers on system integration and technical issue resolution, provide program technical support, and participate in technical reviews and meetings.

Manage month-end close processes, prepare and approve journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, ensure GAAP and policy compliance, investigate reconciling items, maintain accounting records and process documentation, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
