Administer and maintain the AS9100 and FAA-certified QMS: document control, change controls, audits, corrective/preventive actions, FAA regulatory support, training, cross-functional coordination, and QMS metrics/reporting. Facilitate internal and 3rd-party audits, support root-cause analysis (8D/5 Whys), and manage document management/configuration through Agile workflows.

Design and develop analog circuitry and PCBs for nuclear-qualified electronics. Perform SPICE modeling, schematic capture, PCB layout, testing, EMC/EMI compliance, and product compliance to nuclear standards. Create and maintain test reports, BOMs, ECNs, and procedures. Monitor component obsolescence, support customer approvals/inspections, provide technical training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. May involve domestic travel.
