Lead design and development of complex DoD embedded hardware (SBC, FPGA, switch, I/O) in 3U/6U VPX and custom form factors. Drive high-speed mixed-signal PCB design, thermal/power solutions (including LFT), testing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to meet schedule-driven program requirements and improve product performance and reliability.

Lead design and development of complex DoD embedded hardware (3U/6U VPX SBCs, FPGA, switch, I/O cards), oversee testing, production, documentation, and mentor teams to deliver high-reliability, high-speed systems with thermal and security considerations.

Design and produce 3D models and 2D/assembly/detail drawings for valves, perform engineering analyses (structural, thermal, flow, tolerance), select materials/hardware, prepare/review design reports, ensure specification compliance and manufacturability, coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, welding and quality, and lead PID design/development projects.

Multi-year rotational program in supply chain and operations involving on-site rotations. Tasks include scheduling, production planning, material requirements, cross-functional coordination, and reporting. Participants receive mentoring, project training, and exposure to engineering, sales, production, supply chain, and finance.

Support engineering teams with nonconformance reviews and dispositions, prepare project closeout documentation (certification data sheets, production test data summaries), and create electronic assembly and test procedures using NoMuda Visual Factory. Work closely with mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and quality control. Position requires U.S. person status due to export-controlled information.

Lead mixed-signal PWB and complex hardware system design (analog, digital, power, FPGA/microcontroller), define technical solutions, direct validation and test, produce engineering documentation, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve high-impact design issues and ensure manufacturability and standards compliance.

Lead strategic sourcing for engineered components across the procurement lifecycle: supplier identification and qualification, RFQs, negotiations, contract and performance management, cost and risk optimization, NPI support with engineering, purchasing and PO management, inventory balance, supplier development, market monitoring, and occasional domestic/international travel to support supplier evaluations.

Manage revenue recognition for customer contracts using percentage-of-completion, perform project revenue/cost analysis, GL reconciliations, and forecasting. Prepare reporting packages, US GAAP memos, and support audits (SOX). Partner with controllers and program managers, improve processes, assist budgeting/forecasting, and provide ad hoc financial analysis and finance team backup.

Drive profitable sales growth into Navy and USMC accounts by owning the full sales cycle, developing account strategies, managing account managers, supporting proposals/RFPs, coordinating with program and federal teams, maintaining customer relationships, and traveling regionally to meet and grow business. Provide forecasts, resolve escalations, and ensure alignment with company product and solution offerings.

Provide global day-to-day LMS administration and support including ticket resolution, content and roster management, training deployment, and Check-In/Feedback configuration. Conduct benchmarking and deploy surveys to evaluate talent programs. Collaborate cross-functionally, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
