Develop and manage NC/CNC programs, collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers for DFM, create machining processes and tooling libraries, control NC file revisions, mentor operator programmers, and support equipment acquisition and production improvements in a regulated defense manufacturing environment.

Lead Systems Engineer responsible for technical leadership of systems engineering activities: requirements management, solution design, integration/test, technical documentation, reporting, training plans, and guiding cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements for military vehicle applications.

Manage general and subsidiary ledgers, prepare operating and financial statements, support audits and external reporting, maintain accounting controls and tax reporting, oversee fixed assets and receivables/payables, and mentor accounting team members.

Lead business development for Sensors & Actuation in European aerospace and defense: identify opportunities, lead capture and proposal teams, build customer/primes relationships, develop business cases, ensure regulatory/export compliance, and travel to accounts (≈50%).
