Lead cross-functional teams for a Defense Valves product line with P&L accountability, program budgeting, financial reporting, proposal and bid oversight, customer and supplier interface, risk/contingency planning, and meeting annual sales and delivery targets. Support RFQs, audits, warranty projects, and periodic travel to customer/supplier sites.

Prepare cost estimates, pricing strategies, consolidated BOMs, ProPricer rate updates, pricing packages, and post-award analysis. Coordinate with procurement, product managers, finance, and leadership to secure approvals and optimize repeatable costing models.

Lead technical systems engineering for DoD vehicle systems: manage requirements, lead design reviews, guide cross-functional teams, develop technical documentation, and mentor staff. Ensure requirement flow-down, verification, and risk-minimizing solutions while interfacing with customers and leadership.

Lead hardware compliance activities for embedded systems: drive EMI/EMC design guidance, lab setup and de‑risking, coordinate and witness formal compliance testing, generate test reports, and collaborate with design teams to meet military/aerospace standards.

Design, implement, and test embedded software for DSP boards including BSPs, device drivers, firmware (BIOS/U-Boot). Analyze requirements, develop test software/procedures, create documentation, participate in architecture/design/code reviews, coordinate and validate software releases, and evaluate new technologies.
