Create CATIA V5 models and manufacturing drawings, perform hand calculations and FEA, specify manufacturing processes and tolerances, develop RFQ/RFI and technical documentation, coordinate prototype-to-production transitions, communicate with customers, and mentor junior engineers.

Design and analyze rotor dynamic systems and fluid-film/rolling-element bearings for rotating machines. Perform hand calculations and advanced nonlinear/transient analyses using specialized codes, validate test data, develop analysis software and test rigs, produce technical documentation and presentations, provide cost/schedule estimates, and support cross-functional design reviews and in-service troubleshooting.

Lead design and analysis of electrical insulation systems for rotating machines (pumps, motors, generators). Plan and execute tests (partial discharge, voltage and thermal endurance), investigate insulation failures, guide development projects, support production troubleshooting, prepare schedules and technical documentation, and present engineering findings.
