The Senior Accountant will conduct audits, prepare financial statements, handle tax compliance, and develop client relationships while leading and mentoring junior staff.

Provide senior-level bookkeeping for a public accounting firm: sustain and develop client relationships, work on-site, in-office and virtually, manage record keeping, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, GST, and computerized data management across diverse industries.

Lead and execute audit and review engagements from planning through completion; supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff; prepare and review financial statements and disclosures under ASPE/ASNPO; manage tax returns and compliance, payroll and government filings; analyze financial results and advise clients; travel for fieldwork; drive process improvements and contribute to internal training and client relationship management.
