Manages and processes incoming collateral related to mortgage lending, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance, while tracking investor communications and facilitating funding approvals.

Monitor pledged marketable securities and asset-based lines of credit for covenant compliance, track documentation, notify relationship managers and loan operations of shortfalls, assist in risk identification and provide administrative support to the Covenant Compliance Manager.
