The Support Services Engineer provides technical support to customers via calls, emails, and service tickets, resolving issues related to IT technologies including cybersecurity, networking, and systems. They maintain documentation, collaborate with teams, and improve skills through training.

Provide network administration and security for clients across on‑premises and cloud environments. Manage firewalls, routers, switches, VoIP systems, monitoring, automation, documentation, and maintenance; develop SOPs, mentor staff, participate in on‑call rotation, and support upgrades and capacity planning.
