The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing account strategies, ensuring KPI goals are met, and collaborating with sales teams to drive account growth.

Conduct UAT, map and document processes, assist automation for Connectivity/Cloud/IoT products, prepare enablement materials, and contribute to a value-added project developing enterprise AI sales solutions.

Support digital content services and partner operations through journey and billing validation, testing and QA, campaign validation, audit reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. Prepare operational reports, track issues, and help ensure compliance and consistent customer experience while working with cross-functional teams.

Support procurement governance by performing spend analysis, forecasting demand, consolidating vendor spend profiles, preparing contract support materials, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking Outline Agreement and contract progress to improve procurement efficiency, compliance, and governance.
