The Enterprise Account Executive will manage the complete sales process for Fortune 1000 companies and lead growth initiatives, establish systems, and drive revenue through strategic account management and relationship building.

Own and implement polished user-facing product experiences from concept to production. Design UX, build frontend components, evolve the design system, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver accessible, performant, and reliable interfaces.

The GTM Operations Lead will oversee Salesforce management, data architecture, territory design, lead routing, and sales forecasting, directly impacting Gumloop's sales operation strategy and team growth.

Own end-to-end editing for commercials, product launches, interviews, recruiting videos, and social content. Turn raw footage and product moments into polished narratives with strong pacing, sound, color, motion, and visual detail. Own month-end, quarter, and year-end close for US and Canadian entities; produce U.S. GAAP financial statements; manage reconciliations, consolidations, intercompany transactions, AP, payroll accounting, and cash. Lead ASC 606 revenue recognition for subscriptions and usage-based contracts, coordinate tax filings, transition from outsourced bookkeeping, and strengthen processes, controls, and reporting.

Work at the intersection of product, design, and engineering to design and build polished user-facing features, contribute to the design system and component library, and take features from UX exploration through implementation with attention to accessibility, performance, and craft.

Drive product design from concept to delivery, enhance the core design system, collaborate on marketing assets, and lead design critiques.

Design and deliver live education (cohorts, webinars, workshops) and build async learning content (guides, videos, templates). Create learning paths for user segments, align education with product launches, define success metrics (activation, completion, adoption), experiment with formats, and build scalable reusable assets and systems.

Own enterprise accounts end-to-end: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Drive adoption and consumption, build success playbooks, health scoring, and onboarding templates. Lead QBRs and executive briefings, partner with Solutions Engineers to deliver complex solutions, monitor usage to optimize outcomes, and establish the Customer Success function from scratch.
