Support HR and front office operations including employee records, recruitment support, HRIS data entry and reporting, benefits updates, reception duties, facilities upkeep, office supplies inventory, and coordination of onboarding, training, and company events.

Lead and manage the in-person sales team to meet quotas, coordinate with marketing on leads, enforce compliance, run coaching and QA, produce performance analytics, manage commissions, resolve team issues, and drive training and performance improvements.
