Enter and maintain investor non-financial data, perform reconciliations, manage documents and CRM, communicate with clients and internal teams, support projects, and input data into standardized templates and internal systems.

Manage treasury functions and reconciliations, post journal entries, support quarterly reporting and GAAP financial statement preparation, handle capital calls and distributions, respond to investor inquiries, maintain SOC-1 controls and client deliverable schedules, and collaborate with clients and teams to drive proposals and timelines.

Manage fund client financials and reporting, review financial and partner capital statements, provide technical accounting expertise, coordinate audits and tax reporting, prepare capital calls, waterfall models and fee calculations, lead and mentor team members, and maintain client relationships while ensuring compliance with controls and policies.

Manage daily treasury operations including wires, ACH, checks, cash reporting, journal entries, bank account setup/closure, AML name screening via DDIQ, banking relationship maintenance, line-of-credit monitoring, and supporting process improvements and system enhancements.

Manage and review client financial statements and partner capital reports, provide technical accounting expertise, coordinate audits and tax reporting, prepare capital calls, waterfall models, distributions and management fee calculations, lead and mentor a team, maintain internal controls, and build strong client relationships.

Provide fund accounting and client service support including transaction recording, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, audit coordination, fee and waterfall calculations, and mentoring/reviewing junior accountants.

Perform fund accounting tasks including treasury operations, bank reconciliations, cash reporting, journal entries in a cloud accounting platform, quarterly fund workpapers, GAAP financial statement support, investor communications, and capital activity processes (capital calls, allocations, distributions).
