Manages the AI solutions lifecycle from opportunity intake and use-case development through prioritization, adoption, change management, governance, and value measurement. Partners with campus departments, IT teams, architects, and leadership to identify AI opportunities, assess feasibility and risk, develop business cases, coordinate readiness, support responsible adoption, and track outcomes. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical judgment, communication, organizational change management, and practical knowledge of generative and agentic AI.

Advises students on study abroad programs, academics, travel risk, health, safety, visas, and applications. Manages cohort and faculty-led programs, travel registration, course transfer processes, Terra Dotta administration, orientations, marketing, website content, and outreach. Supervises and trains study abroad peer advisors, coordinates with campus offices and international partners, and supports global education operations and emergency response planning.

Serve as chief legal officer and Board Secretary providing enterprise-level counsel to the university. Lead the Office of Legal Services, manage litigation strategy, advise executive leadership on governance, compliance, research commercialization, employment, and Title IX matters, and direct external counsel while integrating legal risk into institutional strategy.
