Support provincial healthcare programs and organizations adopting OceanMD by developing and delivering training, facilitating presentations, advising on change management, testing workflows, investigating product behavior, and translating digital health technology into practical guidance. The role collaborates with program, education, product, and support teams, gathers client feedback, supports demonstrations and enablement activities, and helps healthcare teams adopt electronic referral workflows.

Coordinates technical support operations for provincial healthcare programs, managing client relationships, Tier 1 and Tier 2 workflows, escalations, reporting, issue investigations, and cross-team follow-up. The role analyzes support trends, leads client review meetings, improves processes, investigates product behavior, and coordinates integrations between external support tools and OceanMD systems. The role requires strong writing, visual design, video editing, technical curiosity, independent ownership, and effective use of AI tools.

Design, develop, and deliver features for a patient engagement and eReferral platform. Work across a three-week Agile sprint cycle on solution design, implementation, code review, testing, and delivery. Collaborate with product managers and developers, contribute to technical decisions, and share knowledge via learning days to improve platform scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
