Manage and supervise construction management (CM) consultants for wastewater projects: review CM submittals, coordinate engineers and consultants, ensure compliance with DEP procedures, monitor CM budgets/schedules/performance, perform field visits and inspections, track KPIs and reports, prepare presentations, and follow EH&S requirements.
