Support the Deputy Chief of Staff and Policy & Planning team by developing executive briefings and memos, facilitating decision-making processes, managing inter-agency policy projects, coordinating internal operations and legislative engagement, and supporting public rollouts of mayoral priorities.

Perform independent audits of payment vouchers, change orders, and cost estimates for mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC construction projects; conduct desk and field audits for contract and code compliance; review contract documents and engineers' estimates; prepare audit reports and recommendations; provide technical support to resolve payment discrepancies.

Lead and manage enterprise application development across Microsoft .NET/C#/SQL Server/Azure, open-source stacks, and Dynamics 365. Set architecture, governance, SDLC/ALM practices, secure-by-design standards, cloud/hybrid strategies, and Agile delivery. Oversee geospatial and map-integrated web applications, vendor/PMO collaboration, budgets, and staff development to deliver scalable, accessible, and resilient systems supporting city planning operations.

Provide onsite compliance consultations for NYC small businesses, assess regulatory issues, explain inspection and adjudication processes, refer resources, conduct regulatory research, track KPIs in CRM, support outreach and pipeline development, and represent the program at events across the five boroughs.

Lead the Office's research, evaluation, and evidence-building agenda. Design and oversee mixed-methods evaluations, develop performance measures, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, manage external research partnerships, and translate findings into actionable policy and program recommendations. Supervise research staff and support agency performance management and public reporting.

Support the Design team on social and email assets, motion graphics, infographics, and layouts; prepare native files for print/digital; collaborate with stakeholders and provide portfolio samples.

Manage and develop operations of the Assistance Reimbursement Unit and Financial Review & Processing units. Liaise with internal and external agencies, implement system and policy changes, ensure compliance with laws, maximize recovery efforts, report recoveries, oversee staff performance, training, hiring, and provide narrative and statistical reports to leadership.

Lead and mature ITD's PMO to govern portfolio, program, and project delivery. Establish ALM/SDLC standards, champion Agile/Scrum, manage vendors and procurement, report portfolio health to executives, and develop PMO staff while aligning IT delivery to agency strategic goals.
