Serve as Executive Assistant to the Associate Commissioner, leading planning, coordination, and execution of Transitional Services initiatives. Manage timelines, stakeholders, cross-functional projects, performance monitoring, and high-level communications. Represent the office in internal/external forums, resolve operational challenges, and support program implementation and continuous improvement.

Manage and coordinate IT infrastructure requests and projects for DOHMH. Gather requirements, propose and implement infrastructure enhancements, monitor performance and capacity, establish SLAs, run proofs-of-concept and vendor comparisons, and collaborate with business leaders to close service gaps.

Lead and manage multiple audit engagements of NYC agencies and contractors. Oversee planning, staffing, supervision, and quality control of audit teams; ensure compliance with GAGAS; develop findings and clear recommendations; produce publicly accessible audit reports; mentor supervisors and auditors; perform related management and audit functions.

Take verbatim grand jury testimony on a stenotype machine, produce timely transcripts using Case Catalyst, maintain accurate case files, transcribe audio for hearings/trials, and testify in court about transcript accuracy. Perform related duties as assigned.

Lead design and prepare civil engineering drawings and specifications for large water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects. Provide design-phase engineering, review geotechnical reports, supervise design staff, review outsourced designs, sign and seal documents, respond to contractor RFIs, and perform site investigations and inspections as needed.

Manage operational analysis, staffing, training, and performance for the Corrections and Amendments Unit. Design and maintain operational reports, identify process bottlenecks, lead improvements (including system and AI assessments), oversee mailroom/lobby workflows, support UAT for system enhancements, and ensure compliance, quality, and continuity of operations. Serve as Client Escalation Lead and act for the Unit Director as needed.

Support Design-Build initiatives by conducting research, assisting with technical document development and review, coordinating stakeholders, supporting meetings and project tracking, providing administrative and technical assistance for policy/process improvements, maintaining project records, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with special projects.

Lead IT projects from intake through delivery: define scope, create plans and budgets, lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, monitor risks, provide status reporting, ensure quality and alignment with business goals, and provide Level 2 product support.
