Plans and coordinates DOT-funded street reconstruction projects within NYC’s capital planning program. Evaluates and prioritizes project requests, conducts transportation studies and field surveys, develops scopes of work, reviews traffic studies and funding plans, supports grant applications and cost estimates, tracks project schedules and statuses, and represents the unit at public meetings with communities, agencies, elected officials, and other stakeholders.

Supervises investigations and junior investigators, conducts interviews, assists with search warrants, and testifies in hearings, grand jury proceedings, and trials.

Manages human services procurement activities for ACS, including competitive solicitations, contract awards, amendments, renewals, vendor responsibility reviews, compliance checks, contract registration, and procurement documentation. Coordinates with program teams, vendors, oversight agencies, finance, and legal stakeholders while tracking milestones and maintaining records in City procurement systems.

Designs, develops, maintains, integrates, and optimizes enterprise-level .NET applications. Responsibilities include backend development, application architecture, technical requirements, system integration, deployment, documentation, troubleshooting, infrastructure improvements, and technical support. The role collaborates with developers, business analysts, IT professionals, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Supports Assistant District Attorneys in the Special Victims Division by preparing and filing legal documents, retrieving records, organizing discovery and trial exhibits, conducting legal research, contacting witnesses, securing affidavits, preparing court orders and legal memoranda, and assisting with court proceedings and trials. The role requires coordination with law enforcement, hospitals, courts, and other agencies while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and strong organizational standards.
