Lead strategic people operations for the organization, managing HR core functions including full-cycle recruiting, benefits and compensation strategy, PEO partnership, performance management, employee relations, I-9 administration, HR policies, and workforce planning. Partner with Finance on headcount, payroll, and people metrics, coordinate workplace programs and reporting, supervise HR/office staff, and support culture, onboarding, and organizational development.

Part-time IT Coordinator supporting internal technical operations: triage help-desk requests, coordinate escalations with an MSP, maintain IT documentation and training, assist with IT administration, budgeting, KPI reporting, and participate in planning. Role is temporary (Summer 2026) with possible extension.
