Leads enterprise risk management, insurance, claims, captive insurance, surety, and bonding strategies across HITT’s operating companies. Oversees brokers, carriers, claims, OCIP/CCIP, subcontractor default insurance, contractual risk transfer, loss analysis, budgets, and regulatory considerations. Partners with executive, legal, operations, preconstruction, safety, and finance leaders to mitigate project and enterprise risk. Builds the risk management team, presents reporting to leadership and the board, and drives technology-enabled improvements.

Provides on-site administrative and concierge support for headquarters operations, including catering, pantry and common-area upkeep, mail and shipping services, conference room coordination, printing, receptionist coverage, events, onboarding materials, PPE shipments, and clerical support. Assists Marketing with promotional materials and CRM tasks while maintaining confidentiality, organization, professionalism, and responsive service for executives, employees, clients, and guests.

Manages project accounting teams and business-unit financials, including GAAP-compliant revenue, profit, cash-flow, forecasting, risk reporting, internal controls, audits, process improvement, staffing, and associate development. Prepares and analyzes project financial reports, communicates risks, enforces accounting policies, and supports operational efficiency across the department.

Performs job cost accounting for multiple construction projects, including subcontractor accounts payable, client invoicing, budgeting, cost tracking, project support, policy enforcement, and risk monitoring. Requires strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to ERP systems.

Leads HITT’s Analytics and BI product pod, owning the portfolio, roadmap, backlog, prioritization, delivery, and adoption of enterprise BI capabilities. Personally builds Power BI dashboards, dimensional models, semantic layers, MDM workflows, data stewardship processes, and lightweight predictive features. Partners with business and technical stakeholders to identify high-value problems, drive iterative releases, improve data trust, develop the team, and ensure analytics products deliver measurable business value across field and corporate environments.

Process and review certified payroll reports, audit subcontractor payrolls, verify prevailing wage compliance (Davis-Bacon, Copeland, DOL regs), maintain labor compliance records, use LCPtracker/PointsNorth/DIR, manage payroll inbox and UKG onboarding, coordinate with compliance officers and agencies, and assist with payroll-related reporting and inquiries.

Leads enterprise learning and development across HITT, including LMS and content strategy, cohort programs, early-career development, skilled trades, and apprenticeships. Oversees adult learning innovation, compliance and safety training, emerging learning technologies, and workforce partnerships. Builds scalable programs, develops high-performing teams, measures learning impact, and aligns development with construction operations, talent pipelines, and business needs.

Supports public relations and community engagement for active data center construction projects. Responsibilities include stakeholder outreach, community bulletins, construction alerts, media coordination, complaint resolution, community meetings, sentiment monitoring, and client reporting. The role also writes and edits internal communications, supports campaigns and newsletters, maintains intranet content, and organizes project information. Requires strong writing, judgment, organization, community interaction skills, and comfort working on-site in construction environments with up to 20% travel.

Leads HITT’s registered apprenticeship program across multiple states, trades, and projects. Oversees governance, apprentice enrollment and progression, instruction, mentorship, budgets, KPIs, compliance, audits, and workforce reporting. Ensures alignment with Department of Labor, state agencies, Davis-Bacon, CHIPS, IRA, prevailing wage, certified payroll, and NCCER requirements. Builds partnerships with industry, education, and workforce organizations; develops instructors and craft mentors; expands skilled-trades pathways and learning programs.

Lead a corporate accounting team responsible for general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close. Ensure GAAP compliance, prepare monthly/quarterly/board financials, manage intercompany/consolidation processes, develop SOPs, mentor staff, and coordinate accounting systems and policies across stakeholders.
