Coordinates the medical school's Year 2 curriculum, including course schedules, calendars, Canvas pages, room assignments, lab groups, syllabi, faculty materials, attendance, payments, and schedule changes. Maintains faculty and course databases, communicates updates to administrators, faculty, and students, supports curricular activities and proctoring, and serves as backup for the Year 1 Curriculum Coordinator.

The Director of Finance and Operations oversees fiscal and operational support for Academic Affairs. Responsibilities include budget planning, forecasting, analysis, reconciliation, reporting, purchasing oversight, budget amendments, financial liaison work, and support for faculty hiring budgets. The role advises the Provost and senior management on spending, coordinates with college financial managers and international partners, ensures policy compliance, and manages Academic Affairs budget submissions and adjustments.

Coordinates medical residency and fellowship career services for students and alumni. Responsibilities include preparing, editing, finalizing, and submitting Medical Student Performance Evaluations, managing transcripts and licensure documentation, supporting FCVS credentialing, maintaining official records, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and confidentiality requirements. The role collaborates with students, alumni, faculty, administrators, and cross-campus teams and supports major student administration events.

Supports experiential education programs through student, employer, and faculty communications, program coordination, promotion, recruitment, evaluation, reporting, and community partnerships. Advises students and alumni on career development, resumes, interviewing, presentations, job searches, and networking. Delivers career workshops and presentations, collaborates with academic partners, and represents Career Success at admissions, orientation, and other campus events.
